Simmone has 9 years of administrative and financial experience. She is the director of the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. Resiliency Center and the payroll manager for Tapestry Charter School. Simmone also serves as the head treasurer for two non-profit organizations; New Light Assembly Church and Legacy 5.14 Memorial Scholarship Inc. She is working to obtain her MBA in Finance at Niagara University with an anticipated graduation date of May 15th, 2025. 

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I moved to the United States seeking opportunities to better myself and forge a successful path. Through dedication and hard work, I became self-made, pursuing my passion for law enforcement and putting myself through college where I earned a degree in criminal justice with a focus on law enforcement. This educational foundation set the stage for a successful career in the security industry. My career has spanned roles from security guard to management, where I have applied my skills and experience to excel in the security industry.

I began my career as a security guard, quickly demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and security. My hands-on experience in various security roles provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the industry, from day-to-day operations to emergency response protocols.

As I gained experience, I transitioned into management positions, where I leveraged my knowledge and skills to oversee teams and ensure the highest standards of safety and security. My management style is rooted in effective communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both security personnel and the clients they serve.

Throughout my career, I have continued to expand my expertise through various training programs and certifications, staying abreast of the latest developments in the security field. My bilingual abilities have been an asset in working with diverse teams and clientele, enhancing communication and operational efficiency.

Currently, working for Elite Protection of NY as a Regional Manager as well as United Healthcare as an Essential Plan Account Manager, where I continue to apply my extensive experience in management. My journey from a security guard to a management role reflects my dedication to the field and my commitment to professional growth and excellence.
